A Trench coat has become my new favorite fall staple. I was never really into them before because I thought they were a tad too adult like for me to get away with. However, on our tea shop adventures and city afternoons, they are the perfect item to toss on.

We wandered over to Cleveland Tea Revival on our big shoot day in the city, for a nice break from the go, go, go. Hannah and I grabbed our drinks (I got a London Fog and she got a Lavender Tea) and decided it was the perfect weather to sit outside.
The weather this fall has been beautiful. It is chillier now for sure, but the sun has been very present and the temperatures not too low. I love that because it means that the foliage stays around longer so every corner looks so gorgeous.
As we sat and sipped our teas, people were mingling about, walking their dogs, cheering on the indians in front of the big screen and smiling a lot. There is something so magical about Saturdays that makes me so happy. Everyone is always in such a peppy, bright, mood that always lifts my spirits.
Ohio is only a few short weeks away from really, really, cold weather that requires coats. So, it’ll only be a matter of time before the lighter coats like so are packed away till spring. But for now, I am going to soak up this look as much as I can.
Ive learned to love trench coats. Because, 1) I have completely accepted that I am growing up, so grown up attire is okay and 2) They give a dash of sophistication that I have realized I really appreciate.
Everyone have a lovely Halloween and a happy start to their November!
