Saturday staples are my thing. They are the classic pieces that give you all the comfort you need. From crewnecks to the perfect linen pants, they are the items you constantly reach for in your closet on those relaxing weekend mornings.

I love dressing a little bit more casual in the morning when we are heading out to run errands, to the beach for a walk, or just around the neighborhood.

TOPS
With the cool California nights year round, I have become a big advocate for crewneck sweatshirts and anything else that is comfy/cute and will also keep me warm.

BOTTOMS
As much as I am a dress girl, my love for lounge/beach pants is quite strong. I use to countdown the days till beach trips so I could break them out. However, as I have gotten older, I realized I can wear them anywhere!

SHOES
There isn’t much better than a comfortable shoe that is also cute, is there? Nope. The more I walk around SM, the more I realize how much I love sandals with a little cushion.

SUNGLASSES
If sunglasses aren’t a Saturday staple for you, you should try and make them one! Take your day off to get outside and do something adventurous and fun. Even if it’s just a local hike or something little.
When shopping for Saturday staples, try to not only find something cute, but also of quality. It is a good feeling knowing your essentials will last a long time before you replace them. Most of all, have a blast where ever you are wearing your Saturday staples! I know Saturday’s can be filled with errands and chores, but try to sneak something fun in too.
